Delivery & Estimated Time of Delivery

In most cases, your order will be sent out shortly after it is placed depending on stock availability - you will be advised by email of the delivery status the first working day after order receipt. We use Australia Post Parcel Post Satchels for our deliveries as they are discreet, regular and prompt - we can ship also by Express Post at your request. Nothing on the packaging will indicate what is inside.

If your ordered item(s) is(are) not currently in stock, overall please allow approx. 7-10 days for us to ship your order. If however the item is out of stock at the manufacturer, the delivery time may be up to 2-3 weeks (we will inform you if this is the case).

After three weeks, if your order has not been filled, a partial shipment of the available items will be made at no additional freight cost to you.

When we ship your order (or partial order) will will advise you by email including an Australia Post Express Post tracking number (if you have requested shipment by Express Post). Our Delivery Confirmation email will advise you of the approximate shipping transit time to you - some outer regional (and non-CBD) areas (especially in WA and NT) may take longer than advised in the Delivery Confirmation email. Please call us if we can assist or call the Australia Post Express Post tracking service (131318) - don't leave these enquiries too long or they/we will be unable to assist.
