How To Place Your Order With Sandra-Dee

There are many ways to submit an order to Sandra-Dee:

Using the on-line sales cart,
Snail Mail (Australia Post),
Telephone, or
eMail.

Regardless of the method of submission, you should use the on-line shopping software as an aid to placing your order. When complete with your order, you can then choose the check-out method that works out best for you.

If you wish to proceed on-line then choose the "On-Line Check-Out". You will be asked to fill in a form with your mailing and shipping addresses information together with your payment details (Sandra-Dee accepts Mastercard and Visa only) - we do not accept bank debit cards for security reasons. After the order is processed, the credit card information is deleted from the server.

You will receive a confirmation email by the next working day. Keep this email in case you have any questions. If you discover you made a mistake in specifying your order or payment/address information, just send us an email with the clarification... please don't resubmit your order (that always looks a bit confusing to us).

If you prefer to submit your order by fax, email, phone or snail mail, just select the "Off-Line Checkout" option. Your order will be presented on your screen in a clear format. Hit your print icon on your browser and a copy of your order will be produced. Use that copy when e-mailing, snail-mailing or phoning us.

For Australian customers we will charge your credit card a deposit of 25% of the order value when we receive your first order - the balance of the order value will be charged to your card upon delivery. For customers outside Australia, we charge your credit card upon receipt of your order. For cards expiring within one month from the date of your order, full payment will be charged to you card on receipt of your order.

All orders from countries other than Australia and New Zealand, must be accompanied by further credit card validation - we will contact you after your order is placed regarding this issue. Orders will not be accepted from Indonesia without full prepayment of the value of the order.
