Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If the item we ship to you is defective we would be pleased to exchange it for you. Please email us detailing your purchase order number, item Product ID, size and colour and we will email you instructions regarding the item's return. All items must be new and unused to be considered for replacement.

All exchange requests must be received within 7 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and the exchange item received back from you at Sandra-Dee no later than 14 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.

In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.

Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 7 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. Sandra-Dee will charge a $25 fee for the cancellation of a single item order lay-by or $50 for the cancellation of a multiple item order lay-by.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be exchanged.
